As European forests face unprecedented pressures from climate change, wildfires, pests, and the need for rapid digital transformation, the workforce must be equipped with modern, resilient, and sustainable skills.
We are happy to invite you to CO-FOREST Focus Group #3, an online co-creation roundtable dedicated to shaping the future of forestry education and training across Europe.
Building on our previous needs assessments and stakeholder consultations, the CO-FOREST consortium has prepared an initial draft of new educational materials and challenge-based learning activities. Before we proceed to the development and testing phases, we need your expertise to ensure these resources are practical, relevant, and directly aligned with the real-world needs of the forestry sector.
During this online roundtable, we will:
Present an overview of the newly drafted learning activities and expected outcomes.
Collaboratively review and refine the proposed educational content.
Your voice is important in ensuring our training materials accurately reflect the diverse realities and emerging challenges of European forestry.
To confirm your participation, please register by September 6th 17:00 EET:
We encourage you to share this invitation with colleagues who would bring valuable insights to this open expert discussion. We look forward to co-creating impactful solutions with you!
